Refund Policy

Flplumbsolar AI is an online digital subscription delivered instantly. Because access and planning credits are made available immediately, refunds are limited as described below. All amounts are in USD.

The Free plan costs nothing, so no refunds apply. You can try the planner before upgrading to a paid plan.

• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same period.
• A paid feature was unavailable due to a confirmed fault on our side and we could not resolve it.
• You cancelled a new paid subscription within 14 days and had not used any paid planning credits in that period (where required by applicable consumer law).

• Planning credits that have already been used to generate reports.
• Partial or unused time after you cancel a plan mid-period.
• Dissatisfaction with a planning impression, which is directional only and not a professional assessment.
• Outcomes from work performed by third-party professionals.

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Email support@flplumbsolar.shop with your account email and the charge date. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. This policy is governed by the State of Florida, United States.
